With the setup I’m using for the Klaus Kemp 104 type diatom slide I wanted to try sunflower pollen (embedded in Euparal) as well. I posted pictures from this slide 2 years ago (using DIC and darkfield), but this attempt shows a bit more 3 dimensional and natural looking result. Objective is 100x Leitz Fluotar with iris diaphragm. Below photo shows the actual stamen with pollen (Leitz Ultropak, 4.0x objective).
